Kevin Saddier

Kevin Saddier was born in 1989.

He has an academic background with law faculty of the University of Geneva, where he earned a Bachelor of law in 2011, a Master of law in civil and criminal law in 2013, and a Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions (ECAV) the same year.

In Parallel, since 2012, he started his legal traineeship, working for two law firms in Geneva, for the legal assistance Service (Civil Court), and within Pictet & Cie’s legal department.

He then integrated the firm Hess Fattal Savoy.

He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2015 (ranked third of his class), before immediately reinstating the Firm, to work as an associate lawyer and as an independent lawyer.

In July 2020, Kevin Saddier partnered up with Eric Hess, Imad Fattal, Pierre Savoy and Claudio Fedele.

Kevin Saddier assists individuals as well as corporations.

Active in various areas of litigation, he has a fondness for criminal defense.

Kevin Saddier is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the Swiss criminal law Society, the International Association of Criminal Law (“Young Penalists” Section), and the Innocence Project in Switzerland.
