Claudio Fedele

Claudio Fedele was born in 1972.
He earned a law degree from the University of Geneva in 1996 and made his legal training in the firm Nanchen & Roulet.
After passing the bar exam in 1999, he practiced as an associate in the firm Buonomo & Marti before founding his own firm in 2004.
In 2007, he partnered up with Marie-Flore Dessimoz, Sandro Vecchio and Philippe Roten to found the firm Fedele Dessimoz Vecchio & Roten, firm which after the departure of two partners and the arrival of other partners has continued its existence under the designation Fedele Dessimoz & Associés until January 2017.
In February 2017, Claudio Fedele has joined Eric Hess, Imad Fattal and Pierre Savoy to found the firm Hess Fattal Savoy Fedele, now renamed Saint-Léger Avocats.
Claudio Fedele primarily practices litigation in the fields of contracts law, third party liability and family law.
He is also very active in criminal law, field that he also practices since 2011 as a Deputy Judge in the Geneva Criminal Court.
