Patrice Le Houelleur

Patrice Le Houelleur was born in Geneva in 1963. He obtained his law degree in 1986 (University of Geneva) and passed the Bar exam (Geneva) in 1989.

He worked as an Associate with the Firm Lalive Budin & Partners (1989 – 1994) and then with Lalive (1994-1999). He was a Partner with Lalive from 2000 to 2010, before opting for the status of Of Counsel.

He integrated the firm Hess Fattal Savoy in November 2014 as Of Counsel.

His activity is focused on Swiss and International law, especially in civil and commercial matters, particularly with regard to the seizure of assets, enforcement of foreign judgments and mutual legal assistance proceedings. He also frequently intervenes in complex international insolvency proceedings. He also advises in business, property and estate matters.

Patrice Le Houelleur is a member of several professional associations, including the International Association of Lawyers (UIA), the Swiss Association of Debt Collection, the International Insolvency Association (INSOL), the Geneva Association of Business Law, the Federation of Swiss Lawyers, the Swiss Society of Jurists, and the Geneva Bar Association.
